The patent-pending Arch-Makers are solid aluminum and designed to slide on the pontoon rails without nuts, bolts, screws, or glue. Once constructed, the dome will securely hold all the components in place. Slide the canvas over the dome to keep the canvas tight, secure, and easy to apply and remove.
The 3/4" Schedule 40 PVC pipes (ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE KIT)
will be strategically cut and connected with 5-way Connectors, forming the arches and the dome. As the arches are connected to form the dome, the supporting legs beneath each arch further strengthen it. Within days, the PVC pipes will hold the shape that forms the arch, making it easy to reconstruct the dome at any time. This allows for quick reassembly of the Pontoon Boat Canvas Solution at any time of the year, with less time needed to adjust the canvas.
